For many years, I heard that, in order to succeed, companies had to focus solely on results. Grow more. Sell more. Earn more.
I believe there is another way to build.
I believe that doing good and doing things well are not at odds with success. They can, in fact, be the very reason for it.
PAX was born from that conviction.
We began by caring for travelers through PAX Assistance. Then, that purpose led us into the world of sports with PAX Atleta. And this is only the beginning, because PAX was not born merely to be a travel assistance company or a brand connected to sports.
PAX was born to become a universe of care.
An ecosystem capable of bringing together people, companies, and communities that share the same way of seeing the world. People who believe that values are non-negotiable, that technology should bring us closer together, and that every company has a responsibility to make a positive impact on society.
PAX Assistance and PAX Atleta are different expressions of the same essence. Through one, we care for those who travel. Through the other, we care for those who find in sports a way to live, grow, and transform themselves. But both are driven by exactly the same purpose: to care for people and stand beside them so they can live with greater peace and live better.
That is why I felt the time had come to put into words who we are, what we choose, and where we want to go.
This manifesto is not an advertising statement.
It is our identity.
It is the compass that must guide us when we make decisions, when we grow, when we innovate, and especially when doing the right thing becomes more difficult.
It is also an invitation.
To those who work at PAX.
To those who travel with PAX.
To those who train and compete with PAX.
To our partners, ambassadors, and providers.
And to everyone who, like us, believes that companies can be a force for good.
We want to build successful companies, but not at any cost. We want them to succeed precisely because they care, because they act with humanity, and because they never betray their values.
We dream of a community of millions of people who recognize themselves in this way of living and can proudly say:
